Obviously, this isn't breaking news, but I for one found it mildly amusing. Why must the internet hate everything? Also, this has to be on the easiest difficulty right?
Uh, it has RPG elements just like everyone and their mums this generation. I don't see how that makes it an RPG no matter what buzz words their marketing team throws about. It has multiple paths, but who expected it to touch the size of Fallout's map.
However, this game looks really fun and I loved the first one.
LoL is boss! I'm in the loading screen of a game now:), but this still looks like a very nice game to get for free. Would be silly not to give it a shot
Me three, It's lame.
The game looks great. I loved when the guy playing was like "What" at the lack of a noobtube insta-kill. "Dammit I need skill, well I'm f**ked then". This game looks solid even in this(I'm presuming) alpha stage maybe even pre-alpha.
A new disc format that isn't blu-ray or simply a variation of dvd's. Not sure how this is going work.
Not an awful lot of action games have come out recently were you are a cop character, now this and L.A. Noire, things go round in circles just like the world.
It's to hard take it away! Seriously these guys should run back to their mommys. If it's like the first game I'm all over it.
That's fine but it better come to this gen of consoles or alot of people will be pissed. I'd love to see that inside preview. That would rock
Yeah, negative comment directed towards a famous rich man who will never read. Also, stop looking like Dane Cook you ba$t4rd or just admit that you ARE him. Yeah, that's what I thought.
I hear that. Basically the 2 KZ2 maps with the fewest choke points. For me tight, closed maps were always a of grenade spamming. Pyrrhus rise rocked with the constant dust effect, how you would just the lights of the enemy in the distance as you got closer,Awesome! Also, the train one. I mean come on, a constantly moving level, that's boss!
I know they just want more sales, but how many more did FF13 get from going multi. Not a lot relative to overall sales. I don't care since I'll be getting it on ps3 and I'm sure it'll be a good version but from the developers standpoint I don't see the extra porting/developing time being worth it. No matter what console you support, resources shared for multiplat release could invariably be focussed into a more polished exclusive. This game will still be awesome no doubt! ...
What the hell is going on!
Variable scope zoom seems like it could be implemented nicely with the back touch panel. Hope this isn't more than 300. More than that will ensure failure but a 250 price point would see some fantastic sales. 300 however seems like the most likely compromise. Also The graphics were amazing!
Very nice effects. Halo, Half-life and metal gear solid have all been proven that they would make great live-action films. Hollywood, Get On That! But if Uwe Boll touches them we shall have to destroy his existence.
Huh, I knew about crysis 2 but until now I figured it would have the same mechanics as every other shooter but this trailer seems to disagree with this view. I didn't realise how far they were pushing the free running (plus stealth) aspect of this game. Now this looks a lot more appealing to me. Well played Crytek. (Also prodigy ftw)
I love the title. Most pc way of saying it's a piece of crap, lol. If even ign's usual glowing preview can't give the go ahead on this one, then I reckon this should be avoided like the plague.
The way the guns look and the amount of different configurations reminds me of Borderlands. It seems similar in a lot of ways actually. A fps with a better than usual twist, funky art style. Focus on single/co-op with some versus thrown in but not in a tacky way(Okay, brink has a bit more of a versus element but cut me some slack. I hope it enjoys the sleeper hit success of Borderlands too but who knows. It is missing the humour but you can't have everything. The smart system coould take...
I've seen all the dev diaries but there are too many excellent looking shooters coming out in 2011. Also I like how they use an easy(but by no means bad) way to make the game's graphics look really good. Make it stylized and polish the bejeezus out of it. Reduces the polygons/textures needed by a ton and still looks pretty. As a bonus it stands out from the crowd of "photorealistic" games (Think back to borderlands). Brink's art director must be a smart guy and I look fo...
I really don't get this guy. These ads aren't meant for him. He clearly isn't the kind of customer who finds out about a game from a KB ad. That's who these ads are aimed and they're good at it. Also no amount of KZ3 marketing was ever going to take a substantial share of sales from the monster that was COD:BLOPS(I assume this is what he meant when saying they had the same demographic),so there goes his founding example. This article really shouldn't make it to the fro...
