To be honest. We REALLY just NEED another battlefront game. This engine can come too if it wants.
Is this open-world? The mediocre visuals (not bad for indie though) could lead me to believe open-world but I can't find that anywhere personally. That would interest me though as this would then suggest fallout with a heavier focus on survival. Something I felt that game lacked when it came to a post-apocalyptic setting. (A source would be appreciated but no hassle)

Sad but true. I do try to notice subtleties in games but the nature of them is that you won't notice everything but mostly there aren't really any to notice. Game stories have a depressing tendency to hit you over the head with themselves but I have let a good story let me ignore flawed mechanics.
Brink/Deus ex anyone?
Personally, I'm all for this idea. A seperate score for single-player, multiplayer and then a score for what the reviewer thinks of how the whole package ties together. Count me onboard
Anything free and warhammer related is A ok with me. This is definitely how to handle the whole online pass thing (limited access to multiplayer instead of total lock-out and no free dlc support for used buyers). CAN MORE DEVELOPERS DO THIS AND CAN WE SUPPORT THEM! I hope so. For all our sakes. ( I guess I did go a little too dark there at the end but imma post it anyway:)
I like the creative writing piece at the start to explain why the drugs they were taking were legal. Anyone who's seen a thing or 2 could tell you this. Drugs tend to improve things (FYI:alcohol is drug it's just legal in most places). And lets be honest, weed might as well be legal if tobacco is.
But I really don't wanna get into that. Also, on coke or similar stimulants people I've seen have been in no mood to play videogames LOL, nice try though
Hurray he's getting flashbacks to a traumatic time in his life :) Nice one Dice. (Seriously this game looks epic, singleplayer, not so much but whatever) TO WAR
People should play whatever THEY like."mindless fps-loving majority". Majority yes(but maybe sport games), but all mindless who play no other games. That's a pretty nice generalization you've got there, yourself champ:S
(obviously saying all fans of NIS games are weeaboos is just silly, just some and they know who they are *shakes fist angrily while glaring at screen)
I love my Battlefield but I don't get these double standards about realism.Nobody can sprint for ever and accurately dual-wield anything accurately, true. But when it comes to gun damage in games, the point is clearly moot.Dying from a SINGLE shot to the chest from a sniper rifle is realism.
I prefer lower gun damage because it allows for more tactical gameplay and means that a pro kills a noob in practically any encounter.Real life(high dmg guns hehe) stays tactical extremely becau...
What kind of person actually gets a lifetime membership to things anyway. I mean c'mon, are you really never going to get sick of a game
I know right, I'm a comical genius/s
I didn't find this trailer offensive but that's just me. ;)
Does recommended mean it should max the game with playable fps >30? If so I'm glad I went for my 6950
Soooo, no actual changes? They just want us to agree to not sue them in the future. Makes sense to me. I wouldn't want everyone suing me either.
Awesome, I was wondering when Vanquish was coming out. I kid,I kid.;) It borrows plenty from it but this game looks like it's own thing and awesome to boot! Is there a europe release date? Haven't been able to find one.
"Choose between 2 factions"
2:05 "I chose Rapture!"
Am I the only one who seems disappointed in the fact that they seem to be(I've only seen 2 levels I'll admit) making the levels incredibly blank to provide space for calling in buildings.
Building up points for buildings takes time so most of the time it seems you'll be fighting on giant blank plains. I loved the huge levels in warhawk but the attention to detail of every square foot was what made them great and interesting. This lack of level design in favour of a gimmicky...
It's games like this that make me hope you can play the majority of PSvita games on teh ps3 like you can do with Ruin
So soldiers are still fine then. Seriously though, what else is there to shoot.(Not that I think we need more shooters but still, that is the topic here)
