well according to reports, they keep themselves working overtime and not being forced to do so, it's the standard ND has, nobody's threatening them and this whole issue was about an advance in pay....what we hear from the outside is not always the whole story,people can make themselves look like the victims. nobody fully knows but to assume it's all hell there is very presumptuous when people would kill to work there
