Multiplatform has a ton of great titles in 2011. Besides the ones you mentioned there's Dead Space 2, Deus Ex. Human Revolutions, Arkham City, Dragon Age 2, LA Noire, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Max Payne 3.

Deadly Premonition is one of those games where you either love it or hate it. The main character has a very unique personality which helps suck the player in even more, and the plot of investigating a murder in a small town is also very intriguing. The only way to know though is to experience it for yourself. Being only 20 bucks for 20+ hours of gaming also helps its case.

People act like these bans are happening every day. Yes it's fun to point out some of the more unusual cases of bans but that's just what they are: unusual and rare cases.
How this article got to the top is a mystery since it's really reporting nothing new or spectacular.
It's more like a quarter of one percent of people that might get banned unfairly/by mistake. No XBL mod is perfect but most of the people who get banned are breaking a rule in some form.

MGS 4's ending does deserve to be on there. However, some of that list seems to be just based on the most recent big games.
The big eye raiser is Final Fantasy 13 because the ending on that game was one of the more underwhelming experiences on an FF game. Oh sure, it looks pretty, but the feeling at the end wasn't anything too special. The same with Bioshock 2 where the ending could be seen coming from a long ways away.

This hasn't been reported as an en mass type of issue so that's a 'wait and see' type of deal at this point. It's probably more likely that the user of that Slim 360 didn't have it properly ventilated. I'm thinking about getting a slim, but now I want to see if this develops into a big problem or if turns out to be an isolated incident.
And yet, I see more fear from Sony fanboys here in this comment section that someone wrote something that they disagree with. I would argue that a person who would accuse someone of not liking games based on them buying more multiplat games is the lesser gamer.
