Neither of those statements means that there weren't/ aren't DDOS attacks on those networks.
Neither of those statements means that people using those networks weren't affected.

Guy, there are plenty of people all over the world using PSN right now and have used it all day. PSN was down mostly in major US cities, Europe and Australia.
But not all of the cities in those countries. And, so? You think a few people posting on N4G that their XBL isn't affected somehow validates your statement?
Why? All it does is make XBL more of a target. Why are getting off on other people not enjoy...

They are about you announcing it and making XBL or PSN or Battlenet or whatever a target.

XBLive is now under attack.
Most attacks seem to be originating in China (and for some reason Western Africa (around Liberia and south)) I'd imagine those are just being routed from China.
It is mostly aimed at larger cities (LA, NY, maybe Dallas.)
Parts of Europe are getting them and some in Australia.
The US is mostly attacking China. It is odd, but it is interesting to watch. Don't know what is going on.
