i stuck a fork in codbo. i truly missed fired and shot an enemy in the leg as he/she sprinted in for the ak74u kill on me but as my screen turned blotchy red, head shot rang up, in my favor. the game's hit detection and frame rate was so off that when i watched the match replay, the enemy was in a prone stance then got up to attack me. i never saw the prone stance, only the blaze of ak74u gun fire.

depends on where hotz lawyer practice his cases. New Jersey.. the judges there are not the same as the judge in VA. VA judge would have hotz on house arrest and would have granted a change of venue to CA.

because fightnight was built for the 360 first then ported to the ps3. no brainer for someone whom uses their brain.
this new gen of gamers are dummies.... demonssouls was not that hard, but the game forced the player to use rational and logical thought.
