Hmmmm... Seems odd that they would would put 8gb of GDDR5 ram in the box when they could have used 5 or 6 then put 2 or 3 DDR3 in, which I believe is more efficient at running OS/Background stuff.

The thing I don't really get is the the PS4 is "allegedly" 50% more powerful and has been in development for over 5 years, as opposed to XB1's inferior hardware and shorter development time, yet; I have seen nothing on PS4 that outshines what XB1 is offering, actually, it's arguably the reverse.
I have pre-ordered both, but I personally think that, apart from "second son" the Microsoft lineup is looking superior.

Being an early adaptor is expensive - there is no second hand market and any purchase is gonna cost.

Getting really bored of the moaning about Kinect. It's Microsoft's vision, and the Kinect is an integral part of that vision. If you don't like it, don't buy one and let your wallet do the talking.
