Do you know why Nintendo games sell that well, even ports of ports? Because they got nothing else to play .. but Nintendo and Nindie games. Same scenario with the Wii U. Every Wii U Owner was starving for new games and then Mario kart 8 came out and sold over 10mill. as well ... then nothing, followed by more nothing.

They release every gen the same games (albeit very fun to play). Have yet to see Nintendo or Microsoft for that matter to offer their own VR...

Ouya 2.0 with the difference being, it will look nice in the living room and be fast enough for retro/emu gaming on top of playing back movies (hopefully).

2020 is a safe bet. Assuming they've been working on some ps5 launch titles for a 2020 release. If not, Sony might release Spidey/ghost and tlou2 for the ps5 as well. But everything is pointing towards a 2020 launch.
Sony has two options :
A) pull a 360 and launch a base PS5 next year and update it after the xbx2 with a ps5 pro or
B) wait til 2020+ and launch simultaneously with Microsoft their PS5.
And hope that Microsoft doesn't buyup AMD and denies Sony any new apu or doubles the fee for them. It's literally the only way for Microsoft to shit on Sony, .. forcing Sony to use a different manufacturer. Because software wise nothing gonna change ... Phil S...

After watching all 3 inside xbox ... i got no clue what their plans are. Especially after the 3rd show ... it´s like they believe that their demographic are 5y olds, felt kinda condescending to some extent on how they talked, approached it.

To be fair, NFS and Mario Kart are older by a quite margin and were avaib. on more platforms than Gran Turismo. A game with heavy focus on "simlike" racing ... which does not seem to appeal anymore these days according to forum experts.

Sega made like ~$1.8?bn last fiscal year. Definitely not enough to re-enter the combat field. Dunno if Sammy or Atlus are its parentholder and how much revenue they made, but gonna be a hard task for them when the other three are making ~$90bn each year.

Great game, but if they go the "bigger, everything has to be bigger" - route ... then for the love of God, add a lot more bosses, enemies ... blue giant, red giant , normal giant ... variety is not GoW's strength.
And making the sequel even bigger.... it will be even harder to keep the player ontrack with the main quest without them losing focus due them exploring the world.
