We´re very close to a release fo the game. We do not know anything about Sony´s VR at all, most likely it will have no support what-so-ever, at least not this year.
They might consider it down the road, dunno though how the PS4 will render the same frame twice with that fidelity, unless they drop it to a 720p resolution or use any form of magic, don´t see that happening.
Because we all knew, you would be against it.
Let´s see what every console maker, what their contribution to the scene was back then and now :
SEGA:

True that. The PS4 has like the Power of the XB1 GPU with an additional extra "gpu" with close to 500 more shaders + twice as many render untis + 8 ACE"ngines"(GPGPU) instead of the 2 ACE + 4 (motion engines) of the XB1.

So far every game runs at 1080p at 30 and some at 60fps on the PS4 except for the "gimped" WD version and BF4.

Not sure why one has to brag about this, more than anything else what it really tells (the news) is how bad/low the console sales of the WIIU really were before the release of the next recycled nintendo game.
It´s nice of them to ignore the most important data here "an +670% increase in hardware sales"...
One spike represeting the release of MK8, once the hype settles down it´s back to the usual routine at nintendo.

yep pretty much the same here... except for The Division that is. If this was a game made and published by someone else instead of Ubisoft, they would release it this year.
But with Ubi and its recycle programm going on... that aint happening.

We have seen nothing so far, the true benchmark for this port will be one server versus another. How many dudes and dudettes can the PS4 handle at once at 60fps in blistering 1080p fidelity.

Yet... it has TOOOONS more shit going on on screen(BF4). The game would run easily at 1080p on the PS4, not locked 60fps though :)
This game, the so called 10 year project (destiny)... looks good aesthetically, but techwise its not good at all. You have to ask yourself :
"Why does this game run on a 770GTX at the same framerate and pixelcount as with a 750Ti?"
FFS! One gpu has close to 500 more shaders! That´s like having a 2nd...
After re-watching the Tomb Raider Comparison between the two over at Digital Foundry YT, there is undeniably a partity "thing" going on.
At certain parts the difference drops down to 9fps between the two, one console with twice as many rops and close to 50% more shaders outputs only 9fps more in the worst case scenario. Of course...
People should finally realize that it is not worth getting the ps4 version at all (3rd party), instead get for your PC...
This Phil Spencer Affection out of nowhere, well... after this e3 i hope it´s finally over. Same attitude as last years, no emphasis on his part at all.

Well... personally right now i find it to look ugly, waaaay too much grey-color/tone going on. Also did nobody notice the perfect AA of the screens, no jaggies?
I don´t think the XB1 will handle this at 1080p with that uber AA. Overall just not my thing, art style is not on par with Second Son and overall (due the grey nature of the game?), visually not as good as SS, bust that´s just my opinion ;)

If this is common as ElementX said, i´v never seen a game where due missing parts? or broken assets the game refused to work at all... here it kicks you out of the game, because certain assets of the game were not properly loaded or skipped?
Can´t wait to play all the games via the Cloud like Halo were out of the blue every npc in the game are missing a face texture... since where are missing assets of a game a common occurrence?
