They currently haven't released MS Office on Linux and I believe this steam OS is running on a modified Linux platform.

I'm not really sure what to make of this, but yeah, an alternative to Windows for PC gaming is awesome.
The fact that it is free is awesome too. Looking forward to seeing the OS in action.

Step 1: News release announced: Microsoft will talk about Xbox One's architecture "very soon"
Step 2: Microsoft talks about the system architecture
Step 3: Microsoft later retracts all statements and "clarifies" the issue
This seems to be pretty much rinse and repeat for every announcement.
I agree it looks OK.
There are so many jaggies in the game and the graphics are certainly lacking in some parts.
You have to consider however how much is going on in the game. The world itself feels more alive than any world they have previously created. Ultimately that means compromising in some areas.
Overall I'm very happy with the product.
EDIT: I agree with camel_toad, out in the country is where the game really shin...
I don't really care about the TV features personally.
But the fact that MS makes the TV aspect one of their most unique and core features not having it at launch seems severely incompetent.
I really believe MS is rushing this launch.
I prefer the old vita in about every way. Looks more stylish, better screen and I actually prefer a device with a weighty feel.
However I must admit I do envy the extra hour of battery life on the new vita :X
Makes me sad.
I feel there attitude with FFXIII is "If people keep buying this we will keep churning them out" without putting in much thought or innovation.
Its like the Call Of Duty syndrome.
So stoked for this game. I loved Heavy Rain and Fahrenheit so I have high expectations here.

I agree, it was awesome. But if it doesn't make money it likely wont see a sequel.

Edit: I see Tomb Raider has a sequel planned for the next gen. However as ArchangelMike (Below) points out these kind of sales could affect the budget and how much they are willing to invest.
Have to wait till we see a comparison but it is very likely the older PS Vita model has the better screen.

Sony sure delivered saying they had a surprise in store.
I never saw this coming.
I think the cool part is being able to stick it in your pocket and take it anywhere.
It just makes gaming at friends much easier than having to carry a whole PS4 unit around.
Also priced at the $100 market this is an absolute killer in the low priced console/dongle market.
If this thing takes of I'm sure more devs will look at making more vita games.
