Beat ROGUE WARRIOR in about 2.5 hours. Got most of the single player trophies in one playthrough, and couldn't even sign on to the multiplayer. Had it in my hands (rental) for less than 24 hours and they wouldn't let me exchange for something else because, apparently, even though I beat it in so short a time it could take someone else a week to beat it. This guy must have been a developer of the game to agree with logic like that.
Not yet anyways. Right now motion control is just a gimmic and not a very good one at that. As proof I hold up the shovelware from the wii. Most of those game have terrible controls and just go to show that most people have no concept for how it should truly work. Give it until next generation, if it is still around and enough people are really interested in it then it will really begin to shine and just be a way to differentiate from one console to the next.
You only hear about the stupid criminals because the smart ones dont get caught.
says babystomper lol
"and I'm not entirely sure that that is good thing on a real person"
They are not real people. They are video game characters. Playboy does this every once in a while, they take the hottest video game characters and display them as if they were real models. Kind of a way of showing off how great computer graphics have become.
Books faced worse censorship back then video games do today. Back then all that was needed to censor the book was the ruling party to just plain not like the they way the book was written. Bibles were burned just because they were written in the wrong language. Video games have it much easier today as even when the game is banned you can still get it from other countries as easily as you can pick up a phone or click a mouse.
"i lmao that was the best joke i read this week
but mw2 sucks ass thank god i didnt get it
bfc2 ftw"
lol, it's only tuesday too
Are you getting paid by the FORZA people or something?
Current security measures have stopped all but the most determined and cunning people. If you truly want to get weapons into an airport you will find a way.
It's just a game.
Boring game with terrible controls. At least in the demo anyways.
I thought that was the silver membership?
*reading a little further* what games cost $120 for the PS3?
All i have to say is "Vinyl Records". Didn't they stop making those a while ago and yet they are still very popular.
Digital Downlods will never completely take over. Not for decades at least. People are very materialistic and want to have what they own. I sometimes forget what I have downloaded. Heck, I can't even keep track of my tivo sh!t.
I don't get paid until the third and the paycheck before that is going towards rent and bills!
...so what?
...but not you Aebriscoejr. If you define a gamer based entirely on what games they have to play than almost all "gamers" will never be true gamers because it is simply impossible to play the games that you true gamers say we need to have played. Am I not a gamer simply because I have not finished FFVII? And if so do I simply need to go back and beat the game? Or do I need to have played it back when it first came out? Do I have to beat the game in the shortest amount of time at the...
So there are thousands of bees outside of the only exit to the building your in and you will just ignore them? Even though sometimes all it takes is a smell for them to swarm let alone the comotion you may make while opening the door.
I am tired of hearing that digital downloads are the future. They are not, end of story. It is definetly not the answer to piracy. Doesn't anyone realise that most pirated copies of games are digital downloads? Sure the original rip comes from a physical copy but do you think that people wont adapt? What are they going to do? Say, "Oh well, there is nothing for me to physically work with. i guess I should give up this life of crime!"
I have never paid for an illegal d...
I was playing GODFATHER 2 a while ago and as I was walking across a bridge someone fell through the bridge and only their head was showing. Weird, I thought. But then I burst out laughing when the guy looked at my character and said, "something is wrong."
... and a crutch. Make a game that takes 6 hours to beat and costs $79.98 (with taxes, here in Canada). That's $13.33 per hour of gameplay. Almost $4 more than I make an hour. But I should be okay with it because it has multi-player? What about games where the multi-player is unplayable?
I rented ROGUE WARRIOR and beat it 2.5 hours. At $67.79 (again, with taxes) that is $27.12 an hour (that is if I had bought, which I know at least a few people did). I decided to see if I could at ...
