Nintendo has some of the most unique, fun games out there. Smash Bros, Zelda, Xenoblade Chronicles, bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors.... none of these games "overlap" into the free PC and smart device offerings.
And the 3DS is still doing really well, Smash Bros, Pokemon, Persona Q can not be found on a smart phone.
There is no comparison and these analysts are ignoring the massive sales boost Mario Kart 8 is doing for Wii U right now .

The Wii U is no longer being sold at a loss. Mario Kart 8 has boosted sales. Zelda, StarFox, X, Hyrule Warriors, Sonic Boom, X, and Bayonetta will help.
The Xbox One was selling so bad that MS cut the price and dropped Kinect.
So I really don't know why people just focus on Nintendo and act like everything is just A ok with the other companies.
That's why the graphics looked underwhelming and overall lacked any real new ideas.
Media Molecule are one of the kings of innovation. And Although LBP 3 looks cool, it just didn't look right when I saw it.
This makes sense now.

Tsutaya is not the final, Media create could still show Mario Kart 8 sold more. Remember, Tsutaya only tracks their stores.
There has been many times a different game ends up selling more in the Media Create from the Tsutaya, but year, I think Persona had a huge opening week

We all know Mario Kart will outsell Watch Dogs on the PS4 in the long run, and the most important thing is this..... Mario Kart is just a better game.
Watch Dogs was super hyped and didn't live up to it at all. Its not a bad game, but after 10 hours I had to put the game down. Its not very good.
I hate to see people lose their jobs that's all. If Nintendo planned things better with the Wii U, they might not have this problem.
But their were many things they couldn't control, like EA's betrayal.
Overall, I understand that this had to be done, similar to Sony cutting jobs. But it still sucks.
