I loved playing split screen with my mates on the original. Ah the memories.
It isn't just because of exclusives. It all started with their reveal. Since then they have syruggled with the consumer and with developers alike. Microsoft ploughed so much money into marketing since the 360, they put an illusion out there that it was the main platform; but not now. People aren't daft and they chose the platform that was about gaming first.
I wouldn't say irrelevant, but I would say forgettable.
Does the online mode still have a good amount of players?
I seldom buy games as soon as they release, apart from my favourite franchises, and I've been thinking about this for a while. I've only just finished UC4, which I got for $19.99.

I actually preferred the PS1. So many great games back then. Plus the whole 3d thing qas pretty new.
I had the Saturn too, and I played Sega Rally so much.
I'm really enjoying the PS4, but there isn't much now days that make me think I haven't played it before. I look forward to VR becoming the norm.

Definitely right regarding the missions. I actually preferred the semi-linear MGS games more. The gameplay mechanics and controls are brilliant in MGS5, but the story and bosses sucked...and I'm a massive fan.
I'm trying to platinum the main game, but it is a challenge and a half.
I will need to play more of the multiplayer though. It seems pretty fun so far.

I tried the witcher 3, but as much as I love rpg, I just don't like it. Great graphics and the map is really amazing in scope, but I just find it clunky and monotonous.
Uncharted 4 is pretty amazing. I'm trying to platinum it, but it is pretty hardcore.
I doubt we would have gotten as many classic games, and especially the more mature games with blood and gore etc.
I have come to realize that almost every post on here turns into a fanboy war.
I have no doubt the Scorpion will be more powerful than the Pro, and it will be significantly so, but I still don't think it will sell all that well.
