This isn't the old days of garage-videogame consoles. If you truly think that the PS3 is dead, then you have very little understanding of what it was that made Sony today, little clue as to long-term investment, and also the inability to use math across the scale of time.
All of you should bookmark the blogs and articles that love to get hits by saying Sony is dead, and then repost them via email to these writers next year.

While certain CNN writers and other h8ers over exaggerate how horny boys are on HOME, it is still an issue.
However, when I hang out with my girl on HOME, all she does is ignore the creeps and they go away. That's the best tip of all.
Also understand that some girls LIKE the nasty attention they get on HOME.
But for all girls that want to go there, ignore the horn-dogs and they go away rather quickly.

God of War III will not be the last installment to the franchise. As long as it makes money, they will make new ones. This is just Sony wanting to add more hype to the product.
I'm going to get it anyway (hehe), but they need to say such things to add to the hype.

...is a very biased one for one of a couple of reasons:
1. He's paid by an enemy of Sony
or
2. He's had a bad Sony experience.
His assumptions about the PS3 are extremely near sighted and based on any kind of time, either in the past or the future.
All of the people who jump on the bandwagon with him are equally near-sighted and have no credibility.

If they can't see the potential that HOME has, and can't see that you can already do more with HOME than you can with any of the avatars with Wii and 360, then they can officially be labeled as blind haters.

No excuses, Sony got slammed. I mean, hey, it is what it is.
Now unless people really think that ONE MONTH means the end of the freakin' Sony empire, and that this ONE MONTH means 2009 will be a bust, then people really shouldn't make a fuss about it.
I am old enough to remember some very sad times for the PS1 and PS2 as well.

Hmmm...seeing two geeks go at it? Not sure about that. I highly prefer seeing two girls wrestling over this. Both are just as futile as the other but at least one looks good.

Blu-Ray is not the technological jump like say, black and white to color was.
But once you see Blu-Ray, it just seems ghetto to go back to SD.

...we PS3 lovers view the Dark Knight BluRay like it's an exclusive PS3 game coming out...LOL! I'm a fanboy, sure, but not so much of one that I can't see myself for what I am.

And at first, I thought that it wasn't all that cool.
However, a friend of mine finally got into the Beta, and when you are on Home with a friend (as it's meant to be), the place is downright addicting.
The potential of HOME is crazy, and that's all I'll say for now. Soon, all of you with a PS3 will see what I'm talking about.
In respect to the cheaper Wii and the headstart 360, so much of what is SONY is really slow in comparison. There is a lot of wait...
Unless you have the money/time to buy all three consoles, you should care about sales because publishers tend to make games for the consoles that sell.
Should you care so much for it that you lose sleep over it? Nah. It's just fun for me at this point.

...the fact that both sides are even bickering on equal terms means that Microsoft is losing ground. When two racers get close, a lot of dust gets kicked up but only one will pull away. Microsoft has been ahead for a while but now Sony is right there.
Prediction: '09 Sony pulls ahead.

Allow me to gladly add into the SE bashing. Ever since they made that flop of a movie, they've been selling out their integrity to try and get that money back. They deserve every bad report that they get.
