It's the competitive aspect that allows us to have great games, because people are trying to outdo each other. If everything goes multi-plat, expect the standard of games to go down because we'd have no choice.
Everyone does not win with multi-plat. In fact, everyone will be losing quite a bit.

I'm really trying my best to believe in Edge's integrity. But when I see how they scored Halo and Gears, and when I see how Killzone 2 matched up against other games in their latest issue, I officially label them pathetic now.
Yes, Sony needs to truly look into whether or not they will allow themselves to be open to what looks to be a corrupt review organization.

People are putting this game under Super-Man-strength-x-ray-exami nation but it will only let GG perfect the game when it comes out end of February. Might be GG's plan.
Been a gamer since '86 and I don't recall a game going through what this one has, so far before it's release. I've never seen so much hype and I've never seen so much anti-hype.

A 7/10 from Edge is a 9/10 from anyone else. They're just very strict in their reviews. Problem is that Metacritic won't recognize that.

If fanboys will screw up Metacritic scores, doesn't GG know that some people will over-exaggerate very minor issues regarding KZ2?
GG needs to stand by their ideals for this game and make their own impact with it. If they try to please everyone, this game will get watered down.

Yep. Because Valkyrie Chronicles is the only JRPG that feels like it isn't a polished PS2 game.
Folklore, much as I like the game, is barely an RPG at all.

Oh, and Agent--- Valkyrie Chronicles remains the only JRPG truly worthy of being called next-gen so far. That game didn't let anyone down.

...I'll buy it, of course, because JRPGs are my favorite genre of games but I'm afraid this won't be what I thought it was.
Look at their other reviews for PS3 RPGS...they are very accurate, perhaps except for their overly-high score for Enchanted Arms. I mean, Enchanted Arms is better than WKC? Really?
I believe that the reason why there is no release date in NA is so that Level 5 can fix things up based on the Japanese run. Once they are ready, we'll see a release ...
People act like the different weights of the weapons are some new feature from GG but this was also the case in the original Killzone. If you carried a knife, you moved faster, but you felt it when you carried a bazooka around.

This is the same guy who claimed LBP was sucky because it was too hard for him(he said the controls sucked, but...ah, let's not get into that debate)---no surprise that he died 5 times. I'm afraid his videogame skills aren't what you call the greatest. But hey, at least he's being honest.
