It means PS5 exclusives from day 1 and that's what they did with Demon Souls, Destruction Allstars, Returnal and now Ratchet and Clank. They never said that every first party game moving forward will be PS5 only.
But you need blu ray discs to get the most out of atmos and vision. Compressed streaming videos are just wasted potencial.
And i still buy on disc. Nothing beats a 4k blu ray. In fact, most streaming services can't even compete with a standard blu ray.

The PS1 launched with 10 games total and none of them were first party, lol. The PS2 launched with more but none of them were first party either.

So basically, good ideas but poorly executed.
Phil himself admitted that gamepass isn't profitable yet. If developers made money on gamepass every multiplat would be on the service by now.
Skyrim on PS3 had a serious savegame bug that could destroy your entire console...so yeah. And don't get me started about the PC version.
Witcher is from CD Project. Nothing to do with Bethesda. Skyrim was terrible at launch. I remember there was a bug on PC that prevented your system from using more than 4GB Ram and the modding community had to fix it.
