Crimson,
So, let me get this straight: SE spends millions of dollars to put FF on GP and is happy with the deal.
GP subscribers get the game and are happy with the deal.
PS gamers get the game as they normally would and are happy.
But you, CrimsonWing69, will be let down by this news? wtf bro? why?
Fox,
"Also why at an Xbox focused event when the franchise, especially IX which released on the PS1 is more PlayStation related."
It could be that they would like to attempt to entice Xbox gamers to buy the game, with full knowledge that PS fans of FF will purchase it anyway.
If the rumor is true, it's just a reveal, not exclusive or anything, and they will market for PS as well.
It looks fantastic, giving me Guardian Heroes vibes.
I still play GH on my SX, through BC Xbox360.
If you never tried it, I highly recommend it.
Switch 2, most likely; they will use it to showcase the new system's graphical power.
Fox,
I'm sure MS can't wait either; all that money they will make.
Everyone wins.
Play it on Xbox, play it on PS, play it on your cell phone, play it on PC, shit, maybe even on Nintendo.
ALL=$$$$ for Microsoft corp, literally all these companies care about.
What about Minecraft? Mario?
All the new ones look better, not great, but better than the original.
Indeed, a PVE mode, like zombies or Firefight would definitely get my attention.
MTX I don't care about as I can easily ignore them in games..but if they have them, they should make them earnable in game.
It has really nice, clean graphics, and overall, it looks good..
Too bad, I don't play Overwatch-type games.
They both have a lot of cute outfits with which to dress up your avatar.
So?...err, I mean No!
Nah, my backlog is too big at the moment, and the demo was just ok for me.
I won't get it anytime soon unless my daughter wants to play a dress-up video game again. It would be kind of strange as she is 28 years old, lol.
@Versus,
No, but I think that sounds awesome because the Bratzs sucked, so dismembering them in a game may have been fun.
People seem more excited about the cute dress-up outfits rather than the actual game.
This game reminds me of when my daughter used to play the Bratz dress-up game on the Gamecube.
Sony is coasting, they are selling great and know they have the upper hand, they are aware that all they have to do for now is put out good to decent games, and save the amazing ones for PS5 pro reveal.
PS5 pro has to be a hit, they cannot afford to mess that up, people are already questioning why we even need it. I think they will go all out with their stellar 1st party showings, and presentation style to show us why we need one, especially if it's more than $500 USD....
Yeah no one is gonna call this what it is, Sony fucking lied to hype shit up...
The spin is, at least they corrected it lol.
Yeah, but this article is about an indie 3rd party dev, we are not discussing MS's 1st party, that horse has been beaten to death, and that is another topic.
And you can't say, because Sony has done it less, that it's ok, let's stick to 3rd party indie games, which this game is, and both companies have gotten day 1 3rd party indie titles.
See, the thing is, this game would have gotten only a portion of the attention, downloads, plays, or whatever you want to call it if it wasn't a day-1 GP game. Many would not have paid for it; additionally, now that the game has recognition, when you make a part two, either don't do GP or negotiate a better price because now your IP is popular, thanks in part to GP.
Not for nothing, but the people in here comparing GP and PS Plus realize that Sony has had multiple ...
I have a 3080 Ti, I'll try it on that tomorrow, I played a bit in my SX and LG C1, and man this games looks amazing, I stopped where Senua get her mirror, but so far it's so immersive and gorgeous, the combat feels so brutal, as simple as it is, it pulls you in, and different actions seem to flow so natural...so far I really like what I am playing and love what I'm seeing.
I am one of the people that loved the first game, I played it 2 times, once on my laptop, ...
Versus, I know you have to defend to the end, but dont be dense.
If you read the comments, you can see that people are talking about Sony's first-party output, past innovation, and its usually high-level game output. You posted a list of 3 games that are not out yet: 2 mid games, one Gaas, and 2 paid-for 3rd party exclusives. I do not hate your list, but that is not what people here are talking about.
