What will the spec be? Weaker than the Switch? What would be the point in that? Budget games can be made on the switch already..look at the line up, SF 2, bomberman and a slew of indie games. You can say the same about the Scorpio and and PS4 pro..they can use all the buzz words they like but we all know both system will eventually get games that can't run in the OG versions.

When you don't pay, you don't play. They both offer older titles.
Sony obviously turned it down because of a similar service on the system. They did not wanna cannibalize PS now subscriptions.
Sony bosses even went as far as to say they don't see value in EA access,$30 for a year don't get any better unless people are just greedy. The service is doing great on a system with a way smaller...
Nope, the lead and hype is to much..by the time they need to start worrying about the huge disparity between the PS4 Pro and Scorpio's power, they will announce the PS5. After that tho it will all be up in the air again.

IAmLoki sounds about right to me. The switch seems like a breath of fresh air from the same same XBO and PS4(which I have both and game on them often). I hope this gen of console pick up, because thus far, it has been the weakest cycle that I can remember.

No, I'm buying it for the portable aspect and a few great/fun looking games at launch. The rest of the year looks solid as well with I'm sure some nice surprises at E3. Not blind hype at all..I think most people that comment here know about games and sorta know what to expect.

I also think if it sells well you will get 3rd parties making Switch specific versions of some games. I can see games Like CoD, Assasins Creed and Resident evils coming to switch. We might not get the same game as on the bigger more powerful systems, but I think that is a great thing.
