I agree, it looks okay and a lot like the first one. Not sure why people are hyped, comic book nerds are so biased. If you're familiar with fighting games, this looks mediocre at best. Aquaman, Superman and Supergirl look godawful. And if you're not then don't expect something fantastic or a better fighting game than MKX and others. This is the B team that made the first after all

I hope it's not trash like the previous one. The first game felt sluggish and the characters didn't look as authentic as I hoped for. Hopefully the audio isn't frikkin recycled from mkx just like the last one did.

Haha well now that I remember, my first strategy game was infact Aliens vs Predator. I got consumed by that game and after that I played some Command and Conquer games, good times indeed. I haven't played a strategy game for a while. Last one I played was Total War Rome 2 which ran like sh*t and made me despise PC gaming. I already have Xcom Enemy Unknown on PC but I doubt my laptop could run the sequel. I might have to invest in a decent gaming rig soon.

Let's be realistic here, I like Ratchet,and Doom but there's no chance they'd even get nominated.The Witness probably will be removed later. FFXV would fit in somehow given the hype. And tbh Overwatch shouldn't get nominated or any mp only game but the PC community's toxic. As for me Dark Souls 3 all the way even though I know that won't win and never win because filthy casuals. We've got a lot of other games that haven't been talked about much so the winner...
At this point I'm not sure if I'll ever buy TLOU remastered, It's been 2 years the game's never been discounted below $20 on the store. I played it on PS3 already so I won't pay anything more than $15
