Looks pretty damn awesome. I'm going to have to snag a copy for myself and check it out.
I have fond memories of late-night gaming with Hunter: The Reckoning. Admittedly, I always thought the giant teddy bear boss was hilarious.
It's a shame that series didn't keep going.
I'm not a fan of military shooters, but I still get why people play them, and I don't look down on those who do. It's crazy how elitist some gamers can be.
I have a friend who refuses to touch retro RPGs or retro-style RPGs like Cthulhu Saves the World because he thinks "the graphics are horrible." I'm so opposed to that douchy thought-process. I'm all for pretty visuals, but there's nothing wrong a cool 8-bit or 16-bit game.
I wish more people downloaded and played this game. I mean, come on, it's only three bucks! And it's a quality RPG!
Zombies can't swim. Unfortunately, a lot of people can't either. So those folks are screwed. =P
I'm a big fan of smaller-scale downloadable games. I'm really looking forward to PSN Play.
This is pretty cool. A nice move on the part of Sony. That said, I don't really care about Home, so I won't be rushing to download it for one cool feature. Those who already do have it downloaded on their consoles, though, should definitely check this out.
Some really cool products showcased on this list. Many of these gadgets are actually out of my price range, but I sure would like a few of these.
This game looks boss. Really looking forward to playing it.
Milk and Coffee looks pretty fun. And here I am without an iPhone. *le sigh*
I'm a big fan of Sonic. Sure, not every game has been great, but Sega has often delivered the goods. Looking forward to see where the company takes the blue hedgehog next.
As bad as this may seem, I would really like to see a Waluigi game.
Also, any of the Star Fox characters could easily star in their own games.
While I see where you're coming from, Star Fox Adventures was definitely a lot like a Zelda game. The auto jump triggered at ledges, the combat, even the interface for equipped items. That said, I absolutely loved Star Fox Adventures and still play through it to this day.
I've never heard the Metroid Prime argument, but I don't think that series is anything like Zelda.
As the writer of this top 10 (Hi, everyone! *Waves at N4G users*), I would like to point out a few things.
Tetris: I can't stand the series, and I've had a general disdain toward most entries, even the ones that changed things up a bit. Play Brain Breaker, and you will see an excellent blueprint for a possible Tetris reboot. Also, let me remind you all that Pac-Man and Galaga were considered unchangeable, but look at what Namco Bandai did with those two franchises. <...
Definitely looks like a must-buy for gamers who own an iPad and want good control for their games.
Warpspeed actually looks kind of cool. It's a shame it doesn't deliver. CurveBot looks freaking awesome, though.
Haha Great list here! Love the images, too! Oh, hipsters, you're so lame! =P
This looks pretty cool. Glad to see that Puerto Rico HD was a proper adaptation of the board game and not just a cheap cash-in.
I like the games and the concept of the Vita, but Sony should definitely lower the price a bit. I mean, the 3G version is going to cost as much as the 320GB PlayStation 3. That's insane.
