I want a true next-gen hack and slash experience. Hellgate: London was rather disappointing, and judging from reviews and opinions, this game looks to be a let down as well.
If Diablo 3 fails, it will be hard to restore my faith in the genre.
Amon Amarth approves!
"Every once in a while, a game is released that has expectations and hype that can never be met. Too Human is not one of these ill-fated titles. "
On the contrary. People were hyping this game up to be more than it could have been, especially the developers. It's one of the reasons why it got so much attention on not only the internet, but N4G as well, bringing out the very worst in many fanboys.
I, however, wish no ill will on this game. I haven't played i...
I'm not really interested in this game, but it's nice to know that developers are taking advantage of the innovative features that Sony is offering, such as Youtube game uploading.
For good reason too, considering this series is a shell of its former self ever since Vivendi took over. I really liked the first one, and number 2 was really good as well. Funny, considering the same thing happened to Crash Bandicoot when they took it over as well.
Hopefully this new developer can breathe some new life back into the Spyro name.
Most people with PS3's have a wireless network that they use, while only a small percentage of 360 users actually have wireless capability on their 360. Wireless speeds are always going to be slower than a wired network due to the limit of data that a wireless connection can transmit. It also depends on your router, ISP, time of day you are downloading, etc.
I know at night / early morning when I download files on my PS3, many times I can get 400+ kbps. Other times it's around 2...
BOOM! HEADSHOT!!!
I'm definitely going to take advantage of this offer, at the very least for the price tag, if not the XBLA stuff.
But what does Little Big Planet have to do with this game? You could have left it at "I'm really looking forward to this game", but then you had to drag it slightly off topic by mentioning a game that has nothing to do with this article.
Can't wait to see what developers have in store for us!
If you're in the heat of a game, you can just pull up a menu while playing and select your friend and send him a quick voicemail inviting him to play a game with you, instead of taking the time to type out an invite. Much easier and quicker, too.
You better get your facts straight buddy, and think before you post something as ill-informed as what you just said.
Read PP's comment history - He embodies the world "troll".
The PS3 will never get universal in-game custom soundtrack support. MS owns the patent on that system, thus causing SONY to have the system the way it is now.
However, all the other features are fair game. What the PS3 really needs is cross game voice and video chat. Once the system gets those features, it will be smooth sailing.
I think what he was getting at, is that the majority of Multiplatform developers, the ones who make the games that generate the most revenue and sales, use the 360's DVD9 format as a base for development. Also, most developers use the 360 as a lead sku (yes, I know this is slowly changing to the other way around, but still not fast or widespread enough), and port data to the PS3. Even when a studio has separate teams working on both versions of a game, they still go off of what was originally...
Your post coincides with the one I made in 1.7. I'm glad you think the same on this matter as I do.
He's a disgruntled PS3 fan who abandoned ship because FFXIII went to the 360 as well as the PS3.
That's what I was wondering.
PP has been reported as SPAM. I suggest everyone else do the same thing.
It's just nice to have a good discussion without fanboys butting in with their nonsense. Bubbles you and High Def.
BTW, your posting headlines make it seem as if you are shouting at us. Hahah, just a funny thought...
How much more potential is there for better games when given more storage? Developers have to work less to cram everything on the disk, and can instead concentrate more on other areas of the game. Now, i'm not saying that Blu-Ray is a guaranteed indication that a game will be good; look at games that were released earlier in the console's life cycle, and you will see that it's more because of developers' relative inexperience with the system.
You see now that we are almost 2 year...
They have some new stuff on their myspace; their new song is really good. I loved the album "With Oden On Our Side".
