Like it or not, this article is correct, at least in its assumption that no matter how large the install base of the PS3 becomes, XBOX LIVE is too ingrained into the market to step aside in favor of the PSN.

Just like it's my opinion that I didn't mind the sixaxis controller. However, you and I both know that people have complained in both cases, so there are obviously consumers who would like to see a change. Both Sony and MS are at least catering to their consumers' needs.
