Though, that screenshot must not be a 1:1 pixel grab, because that screenshot is 1280 x 720 (720p).
last year's conference was really underwhelming, IMO. Though to give credit where it's due, there are a lot more games on tap this year than last year...

Well let's hope they at least show some video footage of the announced games, because I don't want to just look at screenshots and magazine scans.
Maybe the Japanese are really starting to warm up to these types of games? Heck, one of the games recently announced by Tecmo is a Third Person Shooter.
edit: lol @ Halo Cooking Mama
"In today's episode, Master Chief instructs us on how to properly cook a grenade..."
Definite day-one purchase for me!
Didn't Yoshida himself say that there is going to be news on their next project sometime before the end of the year?
edit: NVM...
Holy CRAP!!!
Keep dreaming, dude. Level-5 is done doing business with MS after MS screwed them over last generation on the original XBOX.
I knew there was a good reason for the delay in information that was being released about this title. 1080p, 100+ hours of gameplay and ONLINE CO-OP? Sign me UP! I hope there are a lot of secrets and discoveries to make in the world, other than just having some side quests and a long main quest. I love running around the world looking for stuff in RPG's.
Also, LMFAO @ the comments in the Open Zone!!!!
It shows a human nature to the review, instead of a robotic "OMG this game is teh best EVAR"-type mentality.
Will be buying this when it comes out.
I leave it running all the time, sometimes overnight when I am running marathon gaming sessions. I know the RRoD problem is still here, but at least we hear about it less because of the measures MS has taken.
This article fails.
What "rep" do you speak of?
I wish there was a comment reporting button called "fanboy", so I could report your comment as such.

Anyway, FarCry 2 looks like it might be interesting. I hope that Ubisoft can pull of the graphical fidelity they are striving for, while still maintaining quality gameplay. It's one of those games I will wait to see reviewed before I make a purchasing decision.
Hahaha, bubbles for you good sir!
As much as i'm excited for Gears 2, you're right. I just don't see the huge graphical jump that I was expecting from the game. I'm glad they have fixed up the gameplay a little bit, however.
Sadly, i've given up caring about SE's projects, regardless of what system they are on. It's not about the games, it's about the sh1tty business tactics. Same goes with EA, but at least EA's games don't take ages to get released...
It's really not that difficult. You just have to make sure all the connectors go in the right spots, and that the parts you are buying are compatible with one another.
Though, I'd have to say, the most annoying thing about building PC's is the cable management...
It's fun playing Zone Mode, listening to some Omni Trio!
