Then you were never really a fan of the game to begin with. If you're a fanboy of Team ICO like I am, you are still following every tidbit of information about this game as though it's the first time you ever heard about the title.
How most outlets will review the game:
-1 point for having a cohesive, well thought out story that isn't a massive jumble of ridiculous improbably survivable Hollywood set pieces ala Call of Duty.
-1 point for the developers being confident enough to own up to the fact that the game is meant to be a cinematic storytelling experience first and foremost, utilizing an AAA budget to provide as much polish as a feature-length film.

Corporations - while not actually an individual human - are made up of many people, whom are all simply human beings working towards a collective goal. Humans are just that, and make mistakes regardless of the preconceived notion of corporations being perfect entities that are not capable of wrongdoing, judging from the way people scrutinize little mistakes. ...

While I would absolutely love to see a game like this in 60 FPS, I feel 30 FPS - if rock solid ala Drive Club - can work in Uncharted 4's favor as a cinematic element.

Which is why it's taken over a year for features like this to come out. People just wanted a working console that plays games and plays them well, without unnecessary overhead or DRM. The PS4 launched delivering such an experience and now that it's been out for a while, Sony can add features that they think would enhance the user experience while still keeping their gaming-focused business approach.
