There would be no Gears without Unreal or a little game called Kill.Switch, the whole cover mechanic was pulled from that game.... Im no SONY fanboy but give credit where credit is due. Uncharted borrowed from Tomb Raider and Kill.Switch too....imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Really? Name 3 besides anything R&C and Resistance..... Spiderman is a movie license doesnt count.
Battlefield 1 season pass $36...LOL thats how you get people to play your game..... NHL 19 Ult... $72... LOFL . season ended 2 months ago and it was FREE on XBL Gold.... Sony must think their fanbase has heatstroke....
I dont think he mentioned that xbox games wont be memorable, I think he just said games in general today are not memorable... which I kind of agree as gaming is going the way of Hollywood, rehashes of what sold last year along with a few of yearly franchises..... its like getting a new Marvel movie every 6 months and then a Disney remake of something from 30 yrs ago....
Correct....but they listened to their consumers....getting rid of Mattrick was key....his " my way or the highway " approach failed miserably, just like Sony getting up on stage at E3 2005 and saying you'll get a second or third job to afford a PS3 because we say so failed miserably..... Phil came on a sinking ship and was asked to bail it out with a solo cup when he needed a bilge pump....so yeah he has to spin he has to try to save face. His job was to keep what he had on bo...
It generates 3x the income, as it costs $5. more per month than game pass, there is a larger install base on the PS model, it has been available longer than game pass.... in the end when you do the basic math, it is nearly identical that only 3% of the respective console owners are using the service....so while it generates revenue, probably not at the pace SONY would like consumers to buy into. MS on the other hand, while having a much smaller install base so its easier to get to the same...
I get that they are doing well this gen, but since Nintendo launched a portable WiiU a year and a half ago, those sales should not be a part of the "next gen" equation until Sony and MS launch their "next gen" offerings. The WiiU was part of the generation of PS4/X1 and was dead 2 yrs in only to have its games re-released on their "next gen" system the switch, and sales rocket, and fanboys jump on the praise wagon..... Im still waiting for something to make me...
Meh.
Sega has so many...

Panzer Dragoon (ALL)

Zero Gunner

Eternal Champions!!! REBOOT!!
Just like the PS3 community crying for Bioshock, Mass Effect, Ninja Gaiden, GTA 4 expansions, the exclusivity deal runs out, they made their way to PS3, just like UT3 was supposed to be a PS3 exclusive, it came out on X360. PS community thumping their chest about how Nier automata was exclusive... deluxe version made its way to X1... when exclusivity runs out on FF7 it will be on X1 or scarlett, whatever.... 3rd party companies DONT CARE about system wars and fanboys they care about maki...
I STILL LOVE My Dreamcast.... great games, great memories, my first online gaming experiences.... playing NFL 2K online with my buddy in AZ and talking on our cell phones while we played. Daytona, Quake arena, Unreal, so much fun.
Pun Intended??
This game has come a LONG way since launch, and Bethesda has cleaned it up , added alot and will continue to add to it to make it better, I tried it during the E3 free play and felt it played more like a Fallout game, Nuclear Winter was fun but matchmaking will need to be cleaned up as you can go against extremely high level players and get wiped out in the 1st 10 min..... I like the direction and glad they stuck with it fixing the issues.
good game....diabloesque with norse mythos
You people are hilarious, ALL companies are in business to MAKE MONEY! If you people think Sony cares more about gamers than making money you better put the pipe down. If Sony was given the option to can its gaming division to have a trillion dollar market cap , they would sign the deal on Kaz Hirai's semi warm body....MS is a copy company, but they're business philosophy is different from how the gaming world was run. MS is slowly learning that it MUST listen to what their consume...
Nintendo is consolidating, streamlining.... Instead of mass producing 2 different units, they have consolidated it into one. We all know they never favor cutting edge hardware, when you dock the switch its 1080 , as a handheld its 720. The system is a culmination of their work since the gamecube days. They have always marched to their own drummer. They dont hold gaming back , I think they just ask to be a part of it.
They'll end up nerfing him down the road....he's too powerful
so they can just charge you for them? again?
How about a Space Marine sequel instead???
