Great point. The Witcher 3 flawlessly pulled off open-world. L.A. Noire good point. Had this open-world for absolutely no reason. IMO Rockstar's Weakest entry.
This one seems to be the same. Some select locations you can go in...but lacks substance as it tells a linear story through very bland repetition. Nothing varied or fun about the type of base repetition at all.
