It's no "tech demo". It's fake "concept" trailer as per the original dev. Look at any of the videos. It's BS. The odds of "Clout Games" ever making this a reality is slim. The fact they opened a patreon this early speaks volumes. The gameplay is also too smooth to be real.
They removed a lot from the scenery (like the nice reflective plastics and air-debris)
CDPR has downgraded things in the past. But here it seems like they used scenery downgrades to boost model detail. That's good.
