If you still have your DC it will be able to play back-up games without region locking. Just download the EU version and put it in and it will work. (it will only work with DCs that have a 1 in a circle at the bottom of the console)

SC was a series that was for the Xbox and much better on the Xbox.
I agree or even better Put Shenmue I, II and III on the same disk on PS3. Would make sense since it's a Chapter based game to release all the chapters on 1 volume. Maybe include Chapter 2 that was a comic book as well?
Shenmue 2 was also released on the Xbox actually. It also was never released outside the EU and Japan for the Dreamcast.

Edit: Also @the article. Why on earth would Sony announce the new PS3 at E3? It's just a minor redesign to increase their profit. They didn't announce every revision of the 80Gb @E3 now did they? It's the same SKU after all.
Not really. If anything it decreases it by reducing damage caused by the vibrations of the disk drive and the additional heat the high speed drive on the 360 causes.
Also the HDD is outside the console unlike the PS3.

Nomura did threaten SE taht he would quit if Versus also went multiplat. That is why it hasn't been announced so far. I don't think SE will risk it after the FFXIII 360 sales.
