I actually preffer the keyboard than a pad for fighting games, although i prefer an arcade stick overall. Like the flat button layout more. but even then you can always use a pad on a PC if you are not comfortable for any game you want. PC always gives you the best of both worlds by giving you a choice.
It allows you to deal with both. eSigs are like nicotine patches.

If you want less lag go with a CRT or a plasma. (CRT is still used to measure lag due to its fast response) LCDs even at 120Hz are not that fast but they are close enough. It depends with the response time and the amount of processing on the panel really. Most LCD/Plasma TVs have a game mode that disables processing to reduce lag but they still are not at CRT levels.
And FFXIII on the 360 was soooooo good...
Arcade games are still awesome. Pity they are becoming more and more rare. Most modern arcade machines today have better hardware than consoles too.
Still that was the only time it was delayed and it was only a few months. Honestly last Autumn we had a ton of games being delayed too, don't see people cry about that. Hell just look at Mafia 2, it was supposed to come last year but it was delayed to this year then March then August.
PD, made enough money from the sales of Prologue to cover the entire cost of GT5 development so i'd be inclined to disagree. That's why Sony is letting them free with this title, because they know that no matter what they're making money out of it.
Also i can give you several games that have taken as much if not longer than GT5 to make.
Capcom just hasn't been the same after they let go of Clover. Right now everything Capcom makes is mediocre.
They pulled the same stunt with crackdown for Halo and now EA is doing it on MOH for Battlefield 3. I wish devs stopped pulling that crap.

Aint that simple choice to make since Nvidia owns the rights for it and they wouldn't want to restrict the game to running better on Nvidia hardware.
