Too late, done that. Saved myself from the ass whooping though.
Hello is that you?
"Just tell me what you want me to do with these move controllers and I'll do it."
Am i the only one that made nasty thoughts at that statement?
And navigating the XMB look sweet. Can't wait to give the move whirl.
The obvious answer is that then Japanese devs wouldn't develop for the 360 which would mean the PS3 would get a lot more exclusives. So regardless of being dead in the region they still need to sell there.
They just don't want to admit they were fooled. That will seriously make them look like a bunch of imbeciles. (not that they haven't already done that but even more so)
Maybe it's because people actually want Move while even Xbox fanatics don't like Kinect?
What about the Sega Saturn?
Segata died for your games!
Nostalgia'd
Yeah now we have someone to balance omega's PR talk. xD
It used to be good until the Beta went public after that it seems that with each DLC and patch they break more and more things.
Fun-fact: NO halo game after Halo 1 has ever won any important GOTY awards. Although i bet reach will be in a lot of people's GOTY lists for the fact it has a huge fanbase alone. Realistically speaking Reach has a lot of competition to win overall GOTY.
According to research more than 33% of the people that want GT5 don't own PS3s, so let's say GT5 sells 10m that would translate in 3.3m PS3s sold, which given the PS3 sells about 10m units a year worldwide would show a 33% boost on PS3 sales on 1 game alone. If that isn't a big system seller i don't know what is...
Edit: Sourced the 33% claim

Well personally i think pre-orders are not always a good indicator of how fast the game will sell. A lot of people aren't pre-ordering GT5 now because of the whole retailer fiasco of retailers predicting it to come each year, but they will buy the game at launch regardless. Also GT sells better in Europe and vice versa with Halo in the US. Comparing pre-order like that is really not the way to go. Very pointless argument and the person i originally responded to is a troll.

6 weeks Vs 14 weeks. Oh and just look at GT5:P preorders before release.
1M+ in Europe alone

Also quit comparing apples to oranges...
You forgot to say that PC emulators usually have netplay too, for games that you'd normally play off-line. VC really bugs me. Some games i could get off ebay for less money, only enhancement they do is raise the Res a bit for N64 games but a PC emu already does that.

This, and emulators still do a better job. Honestly why buy a VC game if a PC emulator will run the games better and with more visual enhancement options. Give us that and maybe i would consider buying.
That is also my view on this. Activision pretty much decided that people would buy it regardless so they might as well as milk it as much as they can. Hell i'm not disputing if it has the value of a full game, but you should know they are doing it so they can milk it. the other 2 campaigns will also be free standing so they can cost you 30-60$ each so to get the full SC2 story you'd have to pay 120-180$ not to mention there is also DLC in the works.

That is one of the reasons the 360 is more popular in Brazil. People would rather mod it than to get games from an official source. As for the cost of games most people either import or the play warez. Brazil has some ridiculous taxes for games.
