Yeah but the 360 will probably be around for many years even after the 720 is released and you can buy into one of those whenever your ready. As long as 360 is still around then I don't see the harm in releasing a new console.
Can anybody imagine how cold the next Halo is going to be? I bet they really go out this time just to prove a point. Halo 4 is probably going to be released on 360 and 5 on 720 as a launch game. Can't wait for news on this but will probably wont be until TGS or E3.
You know they will but I couldn't imagine a launch day title like GOW 5 or RFOM for PS4. Also if the systems are 2 or 3 years apart then I will definitely end up buying both consoles.
There also working on a Oblivion mmo for the launch of 720 so that should be interesting. To the guy above me I don't think MS is going to shaft 360 owners and while not but one or 2 games have been announced until next year this year does look pretty good. If MSwere to shaft it's fanbase again I think they know many would drop there consoles for good.

The only thing the arcade is missing is the Hdd a nice face plate and components, other then that it's the exact same thing. I will admit looking at the arcade is a slight bit depressing but once you up grade it things are fine. This is going to be a interesting holiday though and maybe Sony even makes some huge discount announcements at TGS before MS totally steals the holidays.
This is good news for the 360 and one that should close the entire month to month lead the PS3 has been holding all year once npd is released for september.
Actually in 2004 and 2005 this site was run boy sony fanboys that although had there own section of news still talked crap about xbox and the upcoming 360. I just hope theres a hdd in the next box. MS would be crazy to ignore what everybody is telling them. If there's not a HDD in every Xbox 720 then I think many fans of it will simply jump ship and wait on the PS4. MS better start listening and stop being so fraking greedy because in the console world they can easily become black listed.

No it's not the year of the PS3 but it is a much better year for it then last. Anybody claiming this as the year of PS3 is either a fanboy or someone that needs a reality check. Well if MS does team up with intel then hopefully Project Offset is a launch title for the next box. I'm really curious on what there plans are for the next gen and can see this happening around early 2010. Does anybody when TGS starts?
This is funny because when Rage was 1st shown Carmack verbally made it clear that the PS3 was holding back the 360 and PC version. If MS does decide to drop the fee for a 3rd disc then Sony fanboys will have a fit because there version will once again the inferior version.
