There probably just making a much better coop experience then they did in the 1st game. This is jumping the gun a bit and honestly I would rather wait for an official announcement of it's existence.
Well Lost Planet part one was much better than KZ1 and Shellshock nam so whats your point? As a matter a fact I don't see any of you hypocrites bringing up how terrible KZ1 was. This game sold 2.2 million on 360 alone which is pretty impressive and capcom knows this. Also the game is obviously being made for 360 in such a short time to take advantage of the it's hardware, and for these kind of results on PS3 it would probably take much longer to develop on.
I don't think it's going to sell to many consoles because of the timing of this stupid recession. I do however believe that after a PS3 price drop at E3 this one will start to ake off and consoles really start to move. Also I believe it will sell better than Halo Wars but still only push a few consoles.
Nor will many other PS3 exclusives be released this year for crying out loud. Sony and there fanbase love to tout there huge list of titles until MS comes out and outshines them again and again. Do people really think Sony will have more games then 360 this year lol? If rage is put on two discs then the PS3 version will look better but if it's 3 then the 360 will look better. So graphically right there you know the 360 is more powerful. And by the way Rage looks better than KZ2.
Actually Fox I would say that Gears2 has moments that go beyond anything I've seen in KZ2 yet. Not saying it's superior to KZ but honestly this is nothing more than a hype fest and people claiming what's better. I really hope that dragons age can be played from a top down view like in Baldurs gate on consoles.
Definitely a cool feature but sucks at the moment because you can't watch there full selection of movies unless you get them on dvd.
Now that's a good honest attitude and something we need to start seeing more.
I'm just going to wait and see what MS does later this year because they kind of have a history of saving big surprises.
I just hope that MS doesn't start announcing multiplatform games only this year. Sure the DLC stuff is cool and all, but if they can't announce some exclusive's soon then somebody needs to get fired. It's been known for years that the PS3 is a physics lighting whore all the way back to it's 1st spec days. But you see the 360 has it's strengths also and this is why I believe that both systems are equal and will never totally blow one another away. The only difference between the two will be exclusives, DD, multiplatform exclusive content, and price. Halo3 was good for it's time and the whole multi core crap tech was still unfamilar with developers at the time. Also GG got dev kits around the same time bungie did so that means that GG has been in develoment longer.

Why are SOny fanboys claiming the graphics crown lol. We don't know what the 360 is capable of but yet and still you guys act as if you do. After playing Gears2 and watching the LP2 trailer today it's clear that the 360 is more than capable of doing KZ2 type visuals given much more time and money. I'm willing to bet that 360 will surpass the PS3 and be labeled the graphics console once again later this year. MS has not let up for long one time this gen so to write off the 360 is crazy.

I just hope at this years E3 and GDC MS get's back on track with gaming news. Ever since Peter Moore left and a couple of others they've been kind of quite on moving forward. I'm pretty sure they have some good stuff lined up for 2009, but refuse to get excited until they hype me. Last year was actually ok for 360 and my gut tells me that MS is about to really get it's gamers excited soon.
I'm really looking forward to news on this game but hope that this isn't the only big exclusive for 360 in 2009.
This looks much better and fun now since they have added a 4 player co-op experience. LP2 is up there with Gears in my book as one of the best looking games this gen so far.
