I hope he chooses to opt with Epic's help. Nothing against Sony, but a game like this should be appreciated by a wider audience. It's amazing how well it looks and the game play looks quite nice as well. He's poured a lot of hard work into it, it's only right that many people get to enjoy it, not just Sony console owners.

I absolute hate exclusivity, especially for amazing games such as what Lost Soul Aside is turning out to be. While I have all of the current g...

:D Yes, I also think Halo should come to PS4..oh wait..

This actually happened on my Destiny: TKK edition console. I believe they knew it was an issue as I was shipped an entirely new console instead of getting mine repaired. And I know it was a new console because I had a nice clear "skin" on my PS4, and the one returned to me did not have it.

...And to truechainz point..Zelda has been around since the 80s. It was one of the first games that pioneered adventure games on a large scale on consoles.

How has it doomed it? While I have a very high end PC, I will be getting an Xbox One S to replace my Xbox One with. While they announced first party games are coming to both Windows 10 and Xbox, I can't help but think there will be those that won't. I like to be prepared just in case so I can enjoy that game if it doesn't come to PC. I won't bother with the Scorpio as I don't need a console that powerful, especially since most of the multiplats I buy are on PC. The price ...

Seeing as the games on Xbox are coming to PC (those that have "Play Anywhere" anyway), I'll be sticking to PC for those multi-platforms and "Microsoft Exclusives". While I can see where Sony is going for this, really all they have to do is keep pushing out great games to retain their user base. Simply making a more powerful console won't stop me from gaming on PC either. I use it for much more than gaming, such as development and video editing. I'm probably in ...

I can see the arguments from the perspective of console players (Xbox in this case). Thing is though, Microsoft would make money either way and both PC and Xbox players would enjoy it. The install base between both is quite large. They are a software company first and foremost and this wouldn't be a loss for Microsoft honestly. People may say "Well, in that case I'll go to Playstation because they have exclusive games that aren't coming to PC". Really doesn't make se...

Definitely. It's a great classic platformer that would do well in this gen. I mean, if Mario can still sell well on Nintendo platforms, Crash Bandicoot sure can as well. It's not really about the number of consoles out there to be honest, but about the attach rate. There's plenty of PS fans that have played all of the consoles up until now that will most definitely buy the game. Ratchet and Clank is a great example of this.

:D It'll play 4K @ 60FPS.. I mean you know.. basically a game at "very low" settings.

@Davi

The consoles that can barely do 1080P/30 are $350. A GPU that is capable of playing 4K at "playable" frame rates is $400+. There is absolutely no way either Microsoft or Sony can sell a console that can PLAY @4K resolutions at this time.

I can believe that there is an upgraded SKU that will DISPLAY at 4K and possibly do 1080/60 which will still sell around the same price point or a bit more.

This is great.

I see a lot of comments though of people saying "this will hurt Xbox One sales", and this is simply not true. Many people who buy consoles do so for console exclusives and to be able to play most of these third party games as well. They don't want to put up with the pain of having to spend a lot up front for PC gaming and then having to maintain a PC in the long run as well. This game or any other game that comes to Xbox and Windows will not chang...

At the end of the day, its a "Microsoft" Exclusive. Specifically, this is a Windows 10 and Xbox One exclusive. Microsoft isn't competing with their own products here. It's really a brilliant move to be honest, especially considering the amount of PC gamers. I wouldn't be surprised if in the future you unify your purchases and can play on both Xbox One and PC with a single purchase, or buy the full game on the console and pay a discounted price for the PC license and vice...

PC for me. While I have both the X1 and PS4, I'll definitely get it on PC. I'm glad game got optimized for each consoles strengths, though! Although.. makes me wonder how much better performance would be on both X1/PS4 if 360/PS3 weren't involved.

I'm very disappointed to see so many people start bringing in the PS4 sales into this . Both companies are doing great and each have a great line of games coming. Why can't anyone just be happy as a GAMER. I for one hope that Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft keep going and keep bringing us games.

On topic - Grats to Microsoft. Looking forward to the future!

You should most definitely take all that money you use to do high end gaming and get a proper education. :) Come back and troll once you learn how to spell and use punctuation properly.

@Hoffman when you are using 2 continents to compare the sales of games vs Japan sales, it makes it very hard to take you seriously on making a point.

It's different and that's why it's selling well. It may not be your cup of tea, but many people appreciate something new especially when its not plagued with bugs on release day. You cannot say that about many games these days no matter which console you have.

Each console has its pros and cons. Do research on each console's features and exclusive games, and see what you prefer. Don't listen to other users who say "company <x> won". You will buy whichever console will appeal to you most. I personally have all of them and enjoy each one (and my PC).

I have a feeling that somewhere down the line between last year's E3 and this year, the PC version was handed off to be completed by a third party while Rocksteady worked on optimizing console versions. If I remember correctly, last year they were running the test build off a PC, even though they showed it during Sony's E3 presentation at the time. I remember them getting a lot of flak for that, and makes me wonder if that's what made them shift focus.
