Interesting... I did not know that employees own 30% of the company. That said, if they have that much stake in the company's business, then they probably had a say with the bonus checks. He shouldn't have told them "they can quit" though.
@donnie81 Dreams, Nioh 2. Ff7 remake coming out on 4/10. Do some research before posting something stupid.
I totally forgot that my switch had online services until this headline reminded me. Who cares?
Maybe play genesis... and you’ll care if you played 1.
Genesis needs to switch places with 1 in my opinion.
The website is “Christ centered gamer” zero credibility. It’s so funny that games depicting war and murder gets a higher “morality” score than those with sex on the site. You’d think that their god would have a bigger problem with the things that people do to take lives than what they do to make them. Born-again freak show with bass ackward values.
Fanboyspotter... have you spotted yourself?
Individual game sales beg to differ. No single halo game sold better than TLOU. TLOU sold twice as many copies as the best selling halo game.
The last of us sold 17 million copies... halo 3 sold 8.1 million... according to my math, TLOU sold more than twice as many copies than the best selling halo game. Fanboys... jeeez! Google before you post something.
"Halo Infinite's development budget is over $500 million" Still a long way away from $1 billion. At one time, Water World was the most expensive movie ever made. Go watch that movie and tell me how much budgets matter.
2 games in, and 343 still hasn't done it right. While this will, undoubtedly, be a fun game; it has A LOT to prove.
What are you talking about?!?! No game has ever or will ever have a budget of $1 billion!!! HAHAHAHAHA! You're ridiculous.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Last of Us Part 2, Final Fantasy VII remake... and likely Ghost of Tsushima will all be way bigger.
@CaptainTravel Ok, I'll play.... Popcorn are movies "micro-transactions" . Here's my very solid rebuttal.
1. Those are physical products outside of the film.
2. The movie studios aren't making any money on popcorn sales
3. people don't pay to see a character in the movie wearing an alternate outfit, or a different looking gun.
4. Games were $40 when the industry switched to CD, and went up from there. (the cost was in cartridge pro...
mmm
@shaggy2303 you know what costs more to make than a videogame? A movie. Those still cost $5 to rent or $20 to buy... and you get the whole movie when you drop the cash.
Agreed. I miss the days when you could unlock new skins and outfits by playing the game. Cyberpunk is coming to save the industry next year!
Definitely play it! It's a real gem! There is a lot of daytime storytelling in it. Most of the dark scenes that you see in images and footage are in dark interiors.
Damn! Got it wrong yesterday, and I should've known! The dog is with you for such a short time that I forgot he was in the game!! Today, I got.
Actually, employee ownership is a really big deal, and it changes my perspective a bit.
