I don't understand why LBP2 isn't winning any awards for 2011. It's one of the best games I've ever played. I'll still be playing LBP2 long after people grow tired of Skyrim or any other games of 2011.
I facepalmed so hard when I saw Twisted Metal was only 4th on the list. Not only will Twisted Metal be the greatest game of Febuary, it will be the greatest game of 2012, the greatest game of the century, probably even the greatest game of all time.

I think most websites forgot LBP2 came out in 2011 since it released so early in the year. It's a shame really. If you ask me, LBP2 is the one and only true Game of the year 2011. No other game even comes close. LBP2 is the best game of this generation by far imo.
Honestly, I'd rather Media Molecule keep making LittleBigPlanet games but, If they want to make a new IP, that's cool too. LBP is my favorite series on the PS3. I'm looking forward to whatever Mm does next.
You can create custom weapons to use online and I think I read somewhere that you can create your own vehichles to use online as well.

That's a stupid reason not to buy this game. Whatever Eat Sleep Play decides to do with their game is for the best. They know what they're doing.
I'm a die-hard Twisted Metal fan and none of the changes they've made to the series bother me that much. David Jaffe knows better than anyone what's best for Twisted Metal.

Uncharted 3 was great and all, it's my runner up for GOTY 2011 but, it's nowhere near as good of a game as LittleBigPlanet 2 imo. No game I played this year was. No matter how great UC3's campaign is, you just can't compare some ten hour campaign to the endless content in LBP2.
