gears is exclusive, and new, devil may cry is a sequel and may go cross platform. you don't have to get all sulky about it.

360 is a gamers delight. HD-DVD is only of use for films, current gen titles don't need that amount of storage. for instance blu-rays capacity is only being used in MGS4 to ship all versions on one disc. sounds like they really need all that space for game data!
DVD9 is fine for all games of this generation, and has cheap reliable dulplication. HD-DVD is only needed as a movie playing add on, and thats what microsoft have offered to gamers- a choice.
PS3 wasn't rushed, it was made up as they went along. nice planning there sony!
they haven't had that long, don't forget the development kits overheated and had to be replaced!
