I don't believe that bs unless they just don't know what they doing! Just another case of Nintendo fan herding as usual and like sheep most of you just follow. If, you notice you didn't really hear of any big development issues until when? When they started making the game for the PS4 and XBOX ONE. Then all sorts of excuses. The dog ate my homework. Uh I got stuck in an elevator. My dead grandma died again. My shoes don't fit. My glass eye got dirty and I am out of Windex. A...
@iamnsuperman I won't say that it will definitely happen, but there is a good chance. Why? because as last gen gets phased out for good third party publishers want an additional revenue stream to pick up a portion of the slack.
To anyone thinking that the dlc is half-assed first think of all the content on the disc first. So they gonna spend all that time to make a good game and crappy dlc? Yes dlc is a slippery slope, but I think you shouldn't question the timing of the dlc. It is a business decision. There is more than one philosophy to timing. Doesn't it make sense to release something when folks are craving it the highest near release. For most Amiibos flying off the shelf isn't the biggest craze at ...
The case remind me of GameCube cases.
Um doesn't Fred Meyer's just sale jewelry?
I doubt a new console will be out in 2016. Why? Nintendo always releases a new handheld before a new console. I don't think the New 3DS is the next main handheld, but an in between one. Nintendo aren't going to move on from the Wii U that quickly? Why because they are stubborn. Besides the perception of the Wii U is it's biggest issue not the hardware.
How quickly they turn. It seems Nintendo fans are like Domino's knock the first one down and the rest shall follow. I don't know why folks jump to conclusions. As long as I can remember as soon as Nintendo finishes one system they go to work on a new one.
Another thing look at when Zelda Wii U was announced. Still not here. Okay concerning this article not the best example. Here's another point. When was the last time a new Nintendo console launched without the l...
For those worrying about the file size should check out Nano Assault Neo. How many games you know that look that good and are only 81MB???
On the Wii U I don't think 720p is as big of an issue. It has some of the best texture compression in the industry. Look at how good Nano Neo Assault looks at only 81MB.
I am hopeful for more. Why? Only one reason
Because Sony and Microsoft want to phase out last gen games this year, but third parties don't want to lose all of the income lost. So there is some chance it will happen.
Now here comes the Wii U which is supposed to solve previous issues, but you have a bit of a chicken and egg dilemma. When the Wii U first came out it had decent third party support. Here are some important things to note. Remember EA's "unprecedented partnership" with Nintendo? Many think the straw that broke the camel's back in that relationship when Nintendo refused to go with Origin. I think the real issue was soon after Sony and Microsoft let them in on them going the X...
Actually this issue is a little more complicated than it appears. I think this goes way back to the NES and SNES days the last time 3rd party games were complete. You see back during those times Nintendo had a complete stranglehold on the market. Third parties had to meet their seal of quality as well as make deals more tilted to Nintendo's favor than today's time to get on their console.
After Sony and Nintendo's console partnership ended their joint attempt at b...
I partial disagree with you. I think there are a few key reasons Nintendo multiplatform games don't sell as well.I think the main reason is quality and content. If, most games performed close to the standards of the current gen competitors sales would improve a lot. My next reason relates to the last one. Many homes are multi console households. So many Wii U owners do buy third party games just for another system. This mainly has to do with the lack of quality and content for multiplatfo...
They aren't leaving the market there. They are regrouping and finding a better way of doing things there.
That's not what it said! It said they are ending it in it's current form ie their current distributor. I am sure they will put something else in place once they figure out the best move. Also, it doesn't mean what's already in Brazil will go away.
It's worth noting this article is from the U.K. so there may be some variance.
First time I seen it lol.
It's funny anytime Nintendo is doing any better someone tries to bring them down lol.
Nothing has been discontinued now maybe later. I believe some of the shortages come from Nintendo being conservative in relationship to their fiscal estimates after being far off in sales estimates in recent years. What if, they expected to sell one million and only sold 50 thousand. I doubt they wanted to risk having egg on their face yet again.
If, Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros Wii U can do 1080/60 and Need For Speed U and Fast Racing Neo can do 720/60 why can't Slightly Mad do 720/30? On top of that why would it take you two years to realize that the Wii U couldn't fun it? Wouldn't it take a month max and that's being generous? It's all bs. If, you notice the timeline of things after Bandai became the publisher their tune started changing. First the Wii U version cgot delayed. Wasn't the Wii U version being de...
