You have to be kidding me, it requires a disc to validate that the user owns the disk/game. That's pretty basic and standard. This guy is an idiot for expecting otherwise....
As long as your not saying it was better than resident evil 5 I agree. Res5 was in fact a GOOD game. Especially co op wise. It was NOT a horror game though. RES6 and operations were god awful.
League of legends is free to play, enough said
He's.absolutely right. Nintendo have banked on the same IPs from the get go. They lack innovation when it comes to actual GAMES. They need to start pumping out new IPs that can thrive in everywhere other than japan. Otherwise, as Nintendo has proved time and time again, the companies worth is the relevance of Mario, metroid, Zelda, Pokemon and super smash brothers in the gaming industry. If those ever loose their relevance, the company is dead. They've basically already killed metroid...
@Mystogan
Any programmer that I've worked with that does not program in .NET or C# typically uses OSX (in very rare cases uses Linux), so it's funny how you make an arrogant false comment like that. The Android developers I know use Linux and will never even touch Windows machines for reasons that are obvious to people who dig into computer/OS architecture.
@Volkama, it's widely used because Bill Gates is a guinness when it comes to business strategy. No OS is widely used because it's 'superior' XD.
Sorry, IMO any Unix system highly eclipses any Windows based system.
did you just refer to Windows as a superior OS... lolz
*Sigh
It's funny in my career that you state this, but I will rebuttal with the YOU don't know a lot about technology if you believe it will benefit single player gaming in todays day and age...... and obviously, you don't know how OpenGL or DirectX processing works * cough * talking out of your ass * cough *
In the current state of Bandwidth and internet speed.... using 'cloud' computing for video game data processing is a joke. Even with...
Dude, cloud computing is the ultimate lie of a gimmick
I've specifically been playing multiplayer in Shadow fall, so I'm still unsure of the issues you're talking about. I have noticed that I get a message every once in a while notifying me that PSN is busy... but nothing else. No errors, no delays, nothing.
I've been logged in to PSN without any issues what-so-ever.....
Even so, comparing PSN to Nintendo's network is comparing apple's to oranges. Nintendo's network does NOT get flooded with heavy traffic what so ever considering hardly anything really relies or is build around the network. PSN and Xbox Live are built for their respective consoles as in, without one, you don't get the full experience. I laugh at the people who are comparing Nintendo's network going...
I don't disagree with that at all, but displaying this unfinished product gives a Dynasty Warrior like impression, which is not good. Especially for a very well highly acclaimed game series.
Never said it was a replacement. It's a sell out.... It's in the pending name for crying out load XD and people are disagreeing with my comment. That's golden.
Hyrule Warriors
Dynasty Warriors
This isn't a coincidence that was pulled out of thin air. Especially after watching the gameplay. Dynasty Warriors is EXTREMELY popular in Japan. Nintendo is trying to feed off of it's popularity in it's home town to boost Wii U sales....
Turning Zelda into Dynasty Warriors is a good thing? Lol
TitanFall does not win most anticipated in my book. I know sooo many people that would agree with my statement. That's the biggest thing I disagree with.
@ACX
If nintendo ports games and mandates that there needs to be a standardized controller support for their games internally with a controller they release and optimize, their controllers will pick up steam and spread through the community.
I'm thankful for my wonderful loving girlfriend who puts up with me and my insane programming life!
that was really dumb
Personally, I don't want to migrate back to a dual shock 3. I'd rather continue playing the last of us using a dual shock 4 within a next gen environment.
