It looks like the reason for all this talk about a-la-carte TV programming is because Apple is developing a similar service that it may combine with their AppleTV or Apple branded TV. They're just trying to get the jump on this before Apple has a chance to dominate the market.

This outrage didn't take place with PC gamers and I suspect it won't with console gamers either. All you have to do is offer up a good service along with a fair price and you'll get that customer loyalty that all corporations pray for.
All Sony has to do is go the digital distribution route and that'll help curb a good portion of used game sales just like it did on PC but they also have to be flexible with pricing similar to what Valve/Steam have done.
This why I support Sony in banning used games if it means killing companies like GS I'm all in!

I have no doubts that MS will implement the same model for Live and I have no problem with it because I believe that developers/publishers should get paid for their work.
Why isn't Hitman on the list that game looked unbelievable. The lighting and the texture work was amazing!

Why do you care what it looks like and who are you trying to impress? It's absolutely idiotic to think that someone would pass up on a console simply because the controller doesn't look pretty. And those drawings are for the sake of the patent and are not indicative of the final design of the product.
