Good for them. I'm more of a playstation fan myself but I hope that this is a sign that handheld gaming isn't really dieing out.
The 3ds had a small list of launch titles and the vita has a list that is already beating it. Look it up if you don't believe me and please, improve your grammar.
I've been seeing you around a lot lately. You make... Interesting comments. It all depends on what you want and what your tastes are. Personally a lot of the 3ds games look comparable to psp games in terms of both graphics and controls to me, so they are going to have to pull out some really unique titles to convince me to get one. And sorry, I've played all the remakes.
Modnation racers, wipeout, uncharted, littlebigplanet, resistance falling skies, a killzone title, and much more. And why would you pay 40 bucks for mgs 3d when you could pay 40 bucks and get a hd collection which has two other great mgs games along with that one and the two original metal gear games? And better controls? Vita has a great lineup of games.
You won't be doing any of that stuff, kinect support in the game only consist of customizing weapons and perhaps voice recognition. As far as I know anyway.
I was First introduced to mgs on the psp, I own both of the games and downloaded the psone classic also. Such a great franchise, I'll be getting mgs 4 after I finish this.
So 40 bucks for this or 40 bucks for the hd collection which has two other great mgs games in it AND the original two metal gear games... Yeah. Going with the hd collection. Does anyone know if Vita will get the collection? Because it would blow this out of the water.
The campaign looks great but from what i've seen the online mp looks a little too much like cod for me. Hopefully there will be enough differences online to make it more unique. Love the series though.
Looks good but I think i'll keep using my phone for music and web and the vita for movies and games. If the browser is fast it would be nice to use for the 3g model.
Well I think halo made the precedence of regenerative health, carrying a limited number of weapons, and using two analog sticks. If you think about it most other shooters began to copy these same traits into their own game afterwards. Of course most of that may have happened eventually without halo.
Too bad there are a lot of great gamecube games you can get cheap now, but they probably don't want you buy them. They don't make money on used sales and removing this feature would cut down on production costs.

Honestly anyone who travels any won't want to bring a console everywhere. Besides that it offers a unique experience over consoles. Simply having access to some of the games makes me want the system. I get bored real quick with mobile games anyway.

You're completely right, heck there's really no need for any more comments after saying that. But i try to explain this all the time to fanboys: there really is no better console, you go to the one which suits your tastes. I pefer ps3 myself, but i never act superior to xbox, pc, or even nintendo fans.
Lol that gave me a good laugh. Touch screens are not accurate enough and it would be kind of difficult to fit a controller as big and comfortable as a dualshock or xbox controller on a phone. But you are kidding right... I mean seriously.
I don't think there has been any actual confirmation yet but sony acted like it would be similar to the psp. The vita may be more powerful but the different screen and lack of a umd drive is supposed to save power. Besides that its bigger and will hopefully have a bigger battery.
Looking foward to bf3 but I'm kinda disapointed about the lack of split screen. I've always loved having a few buddies over to play some games but my choices of games with local multiplayer is much slimmer than it used to be.
