it's a good change, imo. it's not the same mythos anymore and it's good that they're changing it up for a fresh start to a new story.
it's supposed to be a familiar character re-imagined in a whole new mythos. not sure how exactly his character relates to the old kratos(if at all), but it was a good choice to have someone that everyone recognizes in the new direction that they're taking the series. it's an interesting concept for sure.
sony's conference this year was just amazing. i was worried before-hand that it was going to be underwhelming, and/or they'd focus too much on vr or stuff that didn't matter, but HO-LY. absolutely destroyed the competition this year. no question lol
i'm so excited for this game again. i've been hoping they'd remaster it for current gen with mod support and they actually did! i can't wait~
i really wish that multi-plat games would just be separate from the major shows. if they have exclusive dlc, then they should just announce it quickly along with any others and then get to the exclusive stuff.

i really hope bungie wasn't lazy this time and actually added new content. ttk was ok but using 100% recycled models for "new" enemies and then doing the same with strikes/levels was bs. at least add some new enemy types that have new models and combat strategies. the new classes were a nice; i hope they introduce some new ones~
it's worth it if you like the game. period. that's it. all future content will be free, so i don't know what people are complaining about. a vast majority of the people playing this(and that enjoy it) have played it longer than most of the single player games they own, so how is that not value? isn't your enjoyment of something, "value"? if you're willing to invest your time into something for a prolonged period of time, then obviously it's worth it in one...
