this is the first step of many. You cant expect a new feature like this to encompass the entirety of the catalogue when it first comes out.
I am sure at some point in the future it will be required for all new games that come out to support the features that were implimented in 2.4/

Yeah Sony is taking steps but they really need to force developers to include these features. I am satisfied with the 2.4 update, but that doesnt mean that there isnt room for improvement.
The framework is now there to do all the things we want it to do. Now its up to sony to get with the developers and impliment them.

yeah thats the most disappointing news. However, they cant really do that until every developer is forced to add these features. So, hopefully within the next year we will have both of those.
