ALL third party games make it on other platforms in one way or another. From here on out thats the way its going to be, but multiplatform games do not sell consoles. Sony still has the most exclusives BY FAR; in fact its not even comparable.
The age of third party exclusivity is over, which makes 1st and 2nd party support that much more important. When it comes to those, Sony takes the cake...still.
Yeah, there is no such thing as a third party exclusive to one platform. In time, there will be even less exclusives from 3rd parties on consoles. Why do you think that MS spends 85% of its time in conferences talking about multiplatform releases? Because they have almost no first or second party support.
In MS's conferences they basically talk about games that I can experience on other consoles which is pathetic. They really need to invest in some development companies.

yeah the footage is pre-alpha, game is in the final stage of alpha and trucking on to beta pretty soon.

truth for gamers, how much POWER do you think it takes to add a ton of colors into a game? Thats right, not a lot. You should really be asking yourself why, in the 3rd year of the 360's lifecycle is the best looking game still gears1? Why, well into the 360's lifecycle, doesnt MS have a game engine running on its 360 thats nearly as technically impressive as GG's engine?

well COD4 was so great because of the leveling up and all the stuff you could unlock. It wasnt too hard to level up and doing so got you all kinds of cool stuff. It looks a little harder to level up in KZ2 and that may be a problem for many. We will see.
I would like to point out I am being a little critical but the MP looks frickin fantastic
all in all it looks fantastic.
However, I am worried about a few things:
1.) there are only 8 maps
2.) is that all of the modes?
3.) How deep does the leveling up go? Do you just unlock badge stuff, or do you unlock weapons and stuff too?
4.) I wish you could customize the characters more
5.) I wish there were about 20 ranks instead of 12. (I am afraid it may be a little too hard to level up and therefore turning some away from the game)

how many maps did COD4 have? I guess my point is, if the gameplay is fun then the amount of maps mean less and less

for some reason I have faith. Maybe because EVERY God of War title pushed their respective console to the limits at the time of release.
I love the story and the gameplay of the God of War franchise and even if Jaffe and Barlog are gone they have left a foundation that is unbelievably rich and deep. I think the Santa Monica studio will pull it off and I think Sony will make sure that happens.
Plus I would imagine that Jaffe and Barlog arent at least consult...
