I wonder how big this team is. Outside of Japan they have never had this scale of success and I wonder if they just don’t have the man power to do it all. I would guess MHW 2 will be a much more polished game on all systems. I play on the PS4 and think this is quite polished but imagine what they can do with the cash they’ve earned. Yes it sucks for Xbox owners but I bet the team isn’t fully capable of making a perfect product for all systems.

What’s innovative about it? There are plenty of PC games with similar concepts. Maybe the pirate thing is a little underused today but cmon pirates are pretty boring compared to all the great worlds being created today and at the core I think a lot agree with that.
Yeah was not impressed. I see how it can be fun but it’s not gonna keep me around and I’ll be passing on the full release. I’m not a Rare fan and I’m having a hard time understanding why so many gush over them. I’m not saying I hate them or anything i just don’t get it.

I know a bunch of people who own both and a bunch who don’t. It’s probably more common than you think.
But what about the games? I’m tired of them “investing in games” but all I ever hear about is tech.
Beta met expectations. Seems like a game you need to invest time in to really enjoy. I’ve played elite dangerous and there is a little bit of that. I’m not huge on pirates and this doesn’t offer enough to a gamer like me to get a day one purchase. It may be better for me in the future but the beta just made me want to wait and see what it can become before I dive in again.
