Yea i have no problem if they acually put effort into and acually update the graphics like halo. Most these ps2 and now psp (really?) remasters are not updated at all, they get it to display at hd and thats that. People saying they updated the graphics in gow/sly exc are lying to yourselves. Imagine how great gow 2 would be on gow3's engine or mgs3 on mgs4's engine? Thats how to do it. The 360 has BC in EVERY system and all the top games are on xbla for 10 bucks, no need for remastere...
Seriously guy? You buy a ps3 for 600 but say 500 for an ipad is too much? Its a e-reader, web browser, gaming machine, media streaming exc. You say theres no games for core audience? So when ff3 is on ds its core on ipad its not? FF tactics? Nova? Dungean hunter? Modern combat? SSF4? Chaos Rings? Mana? Rage? DMC4? RE4? PvZombies? GTA chinatown wars? Guardian of light? Most all psn/xbla games are on ipad.

I think il replay vesperia while waiting on this. That game is like playing a beautiful cartoon. Its going to be tough to beat vesperia imo but if its even close to how amazing that was im in. I think abyss is gna make me get a 3ds. Love this series.

Yea im with you. I loved odst. It had a very metroid prime feel to it, very lonely and desolate. The music was haunting and beautiful. I liked being the normal guy alone in a destroyed city trying to stay alive and find clues to what happened. The way everything glowed was cool and i always felt very weak and kind of helpless. No way id buy a 500 dollar 24in tv, do you people know you can get a 47in 3dtv for 800 and a 50in 3dtv for 900? This isnt a good deal, needs to be like 250 for the tv alone.
I think the maps are decent but where they really shine is making zombie maps. LOVE them, really creative. Bl ops was really a great game imo, campaign was fun, good graphics, splitscreen ulti, bots, zombie mode, dead ops arcade. Thats a LOT of content compared to most every other fps on the market. It comes with alot of maps out the gate also, dont see the problem.
Uncharted for sure. Lbp is fun but i have it on psp and never play it, kinda gets boring. I really want a vita but i think il wit for a price drop or buy used. I kinda wanna see if it gets cfw or ps2 games on the store (and a slim version with hdmi). Only other game im interested in is ruin, looks hella fun and just the idea behind it rocks! Nin is super rich off the wii and ds so no worries, the 3ds will snowball into massive sales once the games build and make people want to upgrade from the ds. Ms doesnt need to buy epic or bioware because their games will be on 360 either way. Sony spends hundreds of millions to keep games off the 360, thats all buying studios is good for keeping games exclusive. Ms gets really great 3rd party support also with lots of pc dev going with the 360 like risen, divinity 2, metro 2033, l4d, witcher 2 exc. I say let NT do their job. At least wait to play it before you have a conniption fit. I dont really care for the twighlight dante but whatever, dmc4 was horrendous and the series needs a reboot imo. NT make the best story driven games with great characters so i have faith in their work. Just keep it dark, gothic, fast paced, stylish, and all that jazz.

WOW! Im excited for this. Not only does it look fantastic but it runs at 60fps and seems to have a good story with good characters. Puts those overhyped 5 hr fps's like kz3 to shame.
Im glad i have to wait 9 months to get it, sony's awesome for saving me money by releasing next year. If I couldve waited til then anyways it wouldve been cheaper but i cant resist buying every singly game and add on sony releases. I have 10 ps3 games preordered for fall and have 93 ps3 games all exclusives. LOVE YOU SONY!!!!!!
Is tales of the abyss out on 3ds? Il grab oe when that sucker drops, love the tales series. 3ds will be a jrpg BEAST. Ds was good but i want better graphics and the 3d is tits. Its good namco is doing well, they publish alot of great niche/smaller titles like enslaved, tales, majin, dark souls, and some jrpgs.
Didnt oblivion use this idea? You only leveled what you used. I remember jumping and running alot to level and swinging my ax a ton of times lol. I liked the idea because it means you create your character by doing what you like to do, how you chose to play. I remember there were some problems with it though. I like leveling and getting new skills. That made games like divinity 2 really fun for me. I also liked how certain areas were IMPOSSIBLE untill you got more powerful. Felt good to come ...
