Can you play GTA 5 on your next-gen console?
I own a 144hz monitor and 60 fps is not the limit that's perceivable to me.
Resolution is a part of fidelity.
I think graphics can compliment the atmosphere of games and lend to a better gameplay experience.
60 FPS if Watch Dogs could maintain a stable framerate.

You didn't tell us the resolution your PC was running Watch Dogs on? If it's 1080p, that's the same as Infamous: SS.
I'd prefer we don't edge ourselves back into 240p.
I'm sorry, but if you mod Skyrim, it's defiantly on par with Infamous: SS; and plays at 60 FPS.
You realize that unless you have a 4K monitor, you won't be able to tell the difference?

To be fair, he said it's the best game he's ever played.
I've played a lot of games on PC, and yeah there's certainly some better looking games, which do run at 60+ FPS, but Infamous is still a great looking game.

We don't know much about the character, so it's a bit of an overreaction to relate it to pandering.
It shouldn't be necessary to present the characteristic unless it's relevant to the plot.

The thing is it's going to cost me a fare amount just to purchase the select few games I want to play; and then add the monthly fee in to access the multiplayer component.
Also, console optimization, I.E engine optimization, carries over to PC.
I've had instances where my console is a lot louder than my PC; besides that, you can use an HDMI cable.
