Wow alan wake is really looking like a goty contender right now. Its cool when games with a long dev time actually take advantage to polish and well it seems the quality is very evident in that video. Only complaint is there really wasnt much in the way of actual "gameplay" in that clip so im a bit sceptical if all those set piece moments are whats gonna be driving the experience instead...but we shall see.

Lets get one thing straight, yes the PS3 was not lighting the world on fire like the PS2 days, however it still has outsold the 360 since it launched, therefore the 360 is selling like crap as well according to you.
People have been saying on here for a few weeks now that its hard to find a PS3 and then sony now confirms this, how is that damage control? and last time i checked PS3 outsold the 360 in January anyway.

If turn 10 had mounted battle rifles on their cars Forza would of sold 10 million. 360 owners always talk about how no one buys ps3 games when all they buy is FPS. Everything on 360 is a flop other than cod and halo according to bots own logic.
That logic is kinda stupid, i could say that about every game that comes out. Even the mighty Halo 3 has sold 10 million out of a 39 million install base...so does that mean the other 3/4 of 360 owners are using their console for netflix?
Uncharted 2: 3.1 million in 4 months - install base 34 million.
Forza 3: 2 million in 4 months - install base "39 million".

Sorry but you know your trying to deflect the fact i just stated. Popularity of a product is based on which product has sold more... PS3 has outsold the 360 AND at double the price therefore it is more popular and showing that people are willing to pay the extra for a PS3, that's all there is to it.

Exactly. If when its all said and done PS3 has 100 million console's sold (which its on target to achieve if we go by the PS2 and PS1 sell rates) then its a success regardless if it ended up third or first. This gen PS3 and 360 are like coke and pepsi, both have enough to co-exist and share in the market.
In the end the pure quality AND quantity of the PS3 library will be too much for even the stingiest consumers to ignore.
I dont think any PS3 "fanboy" has a problem with Miller liking ME2 over UC2, but when you come out with something along the lines of Mass effect 2 is better and your just wrong and a fanboy if you disagree...then i think that's slightly different then stating your preference, no?
