Everyone who plays online now is a good player and good players will want to be playing the latest version of the game. At this stage, this game has given us thousands of hours of playtime, no one has a problem paying $15 to upgrade.

SF4 is the reason 2d fighting games even exist in the current gen. It revived the whole genre and paved the way for other fighting games to come back with their own reboots.

I feel a lot of your negative opinions pretty much relate to all tekken games since tekken 6 and not really exclusive to just tekken revolution. Maybe it would be cool if you reviewed some of the past games so we can see why this one is so much worse.

Uhh street fighter X tekken has 2v2 online Tag mode..... not that its any good mind you. DOA5's netcode was garbage so the idea of having it try to manage 4 connections makes my skin crawl.

The family sharing plan was a digital dropbox, even if you bought the original disc at retail, the second you installed and activated it any sharing from then on would be through digital means only. So again what really is the reason MS cant just offer you family sharing with digital releases now?
@jokes, you do realise that retail games are also sold digitally aswell, there is literally nothing stopping microsoft from allowing you a family sharing plan on digital versions of the game. It would actually make perfect sense seeing as though the digital versions usually cost more than retail. Just face it, MS implementing drm has nothing to do with services they could offer.

The difference is that xblg was simply a paywall to play online. The argument was always that other than the ability to play online, gold offered nothing else of value.
Ps+ is a different story, you get so much value, you get old and new games across 3 platforms, discounts, themes, avatars, betas. and lets not forget that plus is still cheaper than gold. I get my money back within the first month.
