I do apologize if I've misunderstood your comment, and likewise apologize if I made it seem like my opinion is "greater than thou".
That's not to say Nintendo doesn't have excellent first party devs, as that is NOT the case.
But I prefer Sony's first party devs simply because I got a bit tired of playing as Mario, Samus, and Link. And that's MY opinion.
But I don't WANT another MGS.
Game series should come to an end at one point. And MGS4 ended it with a bang.
The MP was the most addictive part of the game. I played it zealously for almost a year.
