Maybe that's why I never got into Halo, Gears and most CoD games. Steep learning curves can make a much more rewarding game for those who get into it.
I.E. Rainbow Six: Raven Shield and Battlefield Vietnam were games I played for 3 years straight. They had crushing difficulty if you didn't remember every trick in combat, every weapon spec, and to know when to retreat from a force superior in firepower. Yet that's what made them so fun.
SC: Conviction will make GotY for the Xbox, probably.
Assassin's Creed 2 or MW2 will make GotY overall.

So you've played Uncharted 2's campaign and multiplayer even though you do not own a PS3 and it's not released yet.

Splinter Cell isn't doing anything different. It's the same creeping in the dark shadows from the last games and the marked kill mechanic from Rainbow Six: Vegas.
And that's a fact.
The multiplayer is in beta you dope. Of course it'll get fixed.
And the voice acting is better than Gears of Where's my Wife 2.
Uncharted isn't a game that's supposed to take itself TOO seriously.
I don't care if it's GotY or not so long as it's fun. But it's Uncharted, so it's guaranteed fun.
